We are currently looking for a Sr. CRM Manager (m/f/x), someone like you to join our highly motivated CRM team, managing our international CRM campaigns as well as the technical setups of our CRM data.  

Together with You, we want to build the leading marketplace for refurbished electronics in Europe.
Who you are
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of CRM or related experience  
  • You possess a technical understanding of APIs, E-Mail flows, Communication Automation and CDPs   
  • You always keep track of GDPR policies   
  • You are a strategic planner with the ability to innovate, motivate and draw the bigger picture
  • You have a growth-mindset
  • Your second name is „teamplayer“ with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • You are proficient in conducting job interviews, employee training, and relationship building. You care about the professional and personal development of your team  
  • You bring along coding (HTML, CSS, basic JS) skills   
  • You are an expert with E-mailing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot,...); Project management (Jira, Notion, Asana,…); Survey (Typeform, Survey Monkey,…), and referral tools (Referral Candy, GrowSurf,…) as wells as CDP (mapp, crossengage, …)  
  • You are analytical and like working based on scientific principles  
  • You have excellent English skills, German is a plus  
What you'll do
Strategic CRM B2C development:
  • Push forward/advance our retention rates;
  • Consolidate all customer data and leverage the use of customer data to create revenue streams;
  • Automate as many work steps as possible (minimize manual workload);
  • Support merchant team to automate their key accounting (e.g. automating updates).
Customer market research:
  • Lead market research with existing customers (gain insights and leverage those);
  • Internationalization of all steps.
You will be participating in the upcoming exciting and innovative projects:
  • Introduction of referral program;
  • Introduction of voucher system;
  • Introduction of CDP (customer data platform);
  • Possible switch to new ESP, emailing system, (currently Klaviyo/sendgrid);
  • Onboarding new communication tools (ie: chatbot, onsite notifications);
  • Customer loyalty program.
