Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x)

Based in Vienna, we are the fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished electronics in the German-speaking region. Through our marketplace, completely renewed electronics like phones, laptops, and tablets are sold to consumers.

Founded in February 2017, we grew to more than 100 people in under three years. We have expanded into multiple European countries already, including France, Italy, Ireland, and Poland. We have won several awards, completed two large funding rounds, and already sold hundreds of thousands of products across Europe.
We consist of over 20 different nationalities, our team has extensive international experience in the refurbishment industry, creating a brand and scaling a marketplace.

The People Operations department empowers, supports, and motivates their team members in their day-to-day work with the aim to grow within refurbed.  The team is looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x). 

Together with You, we want to build the leading marketplace for refurbished electronics in Europe.
Who you are
  • You hold a degree in HR Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar
  • You exclusively have at least 3-4 years of proven work experience in recruitment or equivalent 
  • You are an expert in conducting interviews for several roles in the fields of Marketing, Engineering, Design, Product, etc.
  • You have experience in active sourcing via social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Talentwunder,....) and never get bored of it
  • You enjoy identifying and approaching talents and are enthusiastic about trends in recruiting
  • You are a team player, highly motivated, and have excellent communication and written skills
  • You call yourself analytical and enjoy working based on scientific principles 
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You care about the world and are eager to support us in turning refurbished products into the new normal

What you'll do
  • You are a recruiting enthusiast independently supporting your own recruiting projects in various fields 
  • You coordinate briefing meetings, decide on the appropriate search strategy, conduct interviews and make the decision together with the hiring managers
  • Your act as a sparring partner to our hiring managers and support them in their hiring process
  • You participate in research initiatives such as exploring new job boards and recruitment platforms
  • You support your recruitment project and the recruiting team by actively sourcing and directly approaching suitable candidates via our sourcing tool Talentwunder and Linkedin
  • You continuously brainstorm on how to build up a talent pipeline of candidates to fill future positions more effectively and efficiently 
  • You help develop and optimize our recruiting process together with our recruiters and ensure a positive candidate journey and hiring manager experience 
  • You support or take the lead for further HR projects (e.g. candidate experience, HR KPIs, recruiting events, ...)

  • You have experience working in a  fast-growing startup and are adaptable to ad-hoc changes
  • You are familiar with boolean search as a sourcing method (e.g. Talentwunder, Amazing Hiring,...)
  • You have gained insights into mobile recruitment 
  • You have an understanding of HR automation

For legal matters, we state that the minimum wage for this position is 35.000 € gross per year. However, depending on your qualification a higher salary obviously is very likely.
